What it is | The purpose of this workshop is to solicit comments from Registrars, Dispute Resolution Providers and trademark attorneys regarding a proposed Registrar UDRP Best Practices Document.

Why it's important | This workshop is important because there appears to be confusion within the registrar community regarding what registrars are required to do upon receipt of a UDRP complaint.

Registrars, Dispute Resolution Providers and trademark attorneys will have an opportunity to engage in a discussion regarding the proposed Registrar UDRP Best Practices Document developed by members of the Registrar Constituency and offer recommendations to ensure that the proposed Registrar UDRP Best Practices Document accurately reflects the requirements of the UDRP.

Who should attend? | Registrars, Dispute Resolution Providers, trademark attorneys and anyone interested in trademark infringement matters should attend this workshop.
